Service operator and legal review

BloxForge AI is operated by MM Studio. Operator country, address, contact email and applicable jurisdiction remain to be confirmed; this document requires legal review before public launch. Updated October 16, 2026.

Under-13 users may not use BloxForge. Adults must confirm their age and verify their email. Ages 13–17 need a verified adult guardian account and manual verification of guardian authorization before generation or purchase.
Keep your login secure and your age declaration accurate. One free-gem grant per eligible verified account; multiple accounts to farm bonuses, automated abuse and resale of accounts are prohibited. Email confirmation alone does not prevent determined multi-account abuse.

Subject to provider terms and any third-party rights, MM Studio permits you to use, modify and commercially use your generated results. This is not a representation that copyright exists or that you own exclusive rights. Similar or identical outputs may be produced for other users.
You must have rights to all prompts, decals and reference images. No license to third-party characters, brands, logos or likenesses is granted. Quality, UVs, textures and topology may require manual correction. Preflight checks do not guarantee Roblox approval.

Gems are non-transferable service credits with no cash value; they are not Robux or a Roblox product. Packs are one-time purchases in USD with applicable taxes displayed at checkout. Generation costs are shown before use.
Blocked prompts are not charged. Technical provider failures refund the generation cost in gems. Dissatisfaction, resemblance to other outputs or Roblox rejection does not automatically entitle you to a refund; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Request purchase/refund review through Reports. No expiration is currently applied to gems. Do not use or purchase credits you intend to dispute. Refunds or payment disputes reverse corresponding purchased gems; insufficient remaining balance can suspend access pending review. A resolved dispute restores only credits actually deducted, without duplicate credits.

You may share your account referral link. Reward amount and commission are not yet defined; no referral rewards are promised or awarded. Self-referral and fabricated conversions are prohibited.

Use Reports for safety, copyright or privacy concerns and appeals. Copyright notices should identify the protected work, the asset ID, your rights/authority, contact details and a good-faith accuracy statement. Do not submit passwords or sensitive identity documents. A dedicated public email for external takedowns is pending.
MM Studio may investigate, remove stored content or suspend accounts for policy violations or payment abuse. Decisions and prior actions are recorded. You can appeal through Reports; legally required notice or review rights remain unaffected.

AI services and Roblox are independent third parties and may be unavailable or change requirements. Do not rely on generated results without review. The service is provided without promises of fitness, exclusive rights or Marketplace acceptance, to the extent applicable law permits.
To the extent legally permitted, MM Studio is not liable for indirect losses or lost profits from using generated files. Nothing excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Governing law, dispute venue and any liability cap must be confirmed with the operator before launch.

You are solely responsible for the prompts, reference images and items you generate, and for anything you upload to Roblox.
BloxForge AI is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Roblox Corporation.
Generating an item does not guarantee Roblox will approve it. Roblox moderation has the final word.

Selling classic clothing requires a Roblox account in good standing, ID or phone verification as required by Roblox, and paying the Roblox upload/listing fees.
Publishing 3D accessories requires meeting the current Roblox Marketplace creator eligibility: age/identity or verified parental account requirements where applicable, 2-Step Verification, account standing, qualifying membership where required, and upload/publishing fees. Classic clothing and 3D accessories have different requirements.
Requirements are set by Roblox and can change at any time. Check the Roblox Creator Hub before uploading.

Do not create items with copyrighted characters or franchises (e.g. Disney, Pokémon, Marvel, DC, anime, other games).
Do not use brands, logos or trademarks (e.g. Nike, Gucci, sports clubs) unless you own them or have written permission.
Do not depict real people: celebrities, influencers, athletes or politicians.
Do not upload reference images you don't have the rights to use.

Prompts are checked automatically before generation. Blocked prompts are never charged.
Gems are refunded automatically when the AI service fails.
Gems are not refunded for items Roblox rejects because they break these rules or Roblox policy. Abuse may lead to account suspension. Applicable consumer rights are not waived.
